What is your return policy for helmets?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn helmets in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets that show signs of road use or damage.
Are HJC helmets DOT and ECE certified?
Yes, all HJC helmets meet or exceed DOT standards. Many of our performance models also carry ECE 22.06 certification to ensure the highest level of safety and protection.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.

We recommend using mild soap and warm water for the outer shell. For the interior, most HJC helmets feature removable, washable liners. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents that could degrade the protective materials.
