At HJC Helmets, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit and style for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the helmet and all original accessories back in the HJC box, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective film is still on the visor.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
